LOC Capital Change Notice – On-Market Share Buyback

Locate Technologies Limited (NZX: LOC) advises that on 4 June 2026 it acquired 249,255 ordinary shares on-market under its share buy-back programme announced on 20 April 2026.

The shares were acquired for total cash consideration of $10,393.93 ($0.0417 per share) and will be cancelled.

Following the acquisition, LOC has 297,394,578 ordinary shares on issue.
