Sanford trading halt

Sanford Limited (Sanford) (NZX: SAN) has been informed by Ngāi Tahu Investments Limited (Ngāi Tahu) that it has initiated a sale process for approximately 48.2% of its shares in Sanford (being approximately 9.6% of the ordinary shares in Sanford) via a fully underwritten block trade.

On request from Ngāi Tahu, Sanford has made an application for a trading halt while the block trade is completed. Sanford has requested that a trading halt be placed on its ordinary shares prior to market open today until open of trading on Friday, 05 June 2026 (or an earlier announcement from Sanford in relation to the block trade).
