Closing Date for Director Nominations

My Food Bag Group Limited (My Food Bag) advises that its 2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting will be held in Auckland on 19 August 2026. The venue and further details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting, including details about how to participate virtually.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, My Food Bag advises that the closing date for director nominations is 23 June 2026. All nominations must be received by 5:00 pm (NZ time) on the closing date. Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting and should be addressed by mail or email to:
