FY2025 Final Dividend
The Directors of Scales Corporation Limited (NZX:SCL) have declared a final cash dividend for the FY2025 Financial Year of 12.5 cents per share, partially imputed at 50%.
Taking into account the 12.5 cents per share FY2025 interim dividend, paid in January 2026, cash dividends for the FY2025 Financial Year total 25.0 cents per share, which represents 59% of FY2025 Underlying Net Profit Attributable to Shareholders.
The dividend is payable on 9 July 2026, with a record date of 25 June 2026.
Dividend Reinvestment Plan
The Directors are also pleased to advise that they have approved the adoption of a Dividend Reinvestment Plan (Plan). The Plan offers shareholders the opportunity to reinvest the net proceeds of dividends into Ordinary shares in the Company. Details of the Plan are contained in the following documents, which are attached and are also available on the Company’s website:

• Offer Document
• Participation Notice (a personalised Participation Notice will be sent to all shareholders this week)
Shareholders can participate in the Plan by:
• Applying online at www.investorcentre.com/nz, or
• Completing the Participation Notice and returning it to Computershare Investor Services
Shareholders are able to participate in the Plan with respect to the FY2025 final dividend. Shares in respect of this dividend will be issued at a 2% discount to market price.
