Promisia Healthcare 2026 Annual Report

Promisia Healthcare Limited (NZX: PHL) has released its Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2026.

The Annual Report includes Promisia’s audited financial statements for FY26 and provides further detail on the Group’s performance, operations, strategy and governance.

The audited financial statements are consistent with the preliminary FY26 results released on 28 May 2026, which reflected a strong year for the Group, with material improvements across revenue, earnings, operating cash flow, occupancy, asset values, NTA per share and leverage.

Looking ahead, Promisia enters FY27 with a newly adopted dividend policy, stronger earnings, improved operating cash flow and a continued focus on disciplined growth and long-term shareholder value.
