Resignation of Director

AUCKLAND, 29 May 2026: NZME Limited (NZX and ASX: NZM) (NZME) advises that Carol Campbell has today confirmed her resignation as a Director of the NZME Board after 10 years of service, effective 31 May 2026.

NZME Board Chair Steven Joyce says: “On behalf of the Board and NZME I’d like to thank Carol for her sterling service over the past decade. We wish her all the very best for the future.”

As indicated at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting last month, current Board Director Kate Parsons will take over from Ms Campbell as Chair of the Audit and Risk Committee, effective immediately.
