Green Cross Health Limited (GXH) Annual Meeting & Director Nomination Dates

The Green Cross Health Limited Annual Meeting for 2026 will be held at 2.30pm on Friday 31st of July 2026. Further details will be provided in the upcoming Notice of Meeting.

For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2 the closing date for Director Nominations is Monday 15th of June 2026. All nominations must be received by 5.00pm on the closing date.
