Amendment to LGFA Bond Repurchase Programme

On 29 April 2025, New Zealand Local Government Funding Agency Limited ("LGFA") announced the establishment of a Bond Repurchase Programme under which LGFA undertakes repurchase tenders of LGFA NZD bonds on a weekly basis from wholesale bondholders.

LGFA has decided to move the intended frequency of repurchase tenders from a weekly basis to a fortnightly basis. The first of the fortnightly repurchase tenders will take place on Wednesday 3 June 2026.

All other aspects of the Bond Repurchase Programme remain unchanged.
