GNZ FY26 fourth quarter dividend

Goodman NZ (GNZ) is pleased to announce the fourth quarter dividend for the year ended 31 March 2026.

Goodman New Zealand Limited (GNZL) advises a fourth quarter FY26 cash dividend of $0.0170625 per share, with no imputation credits attached to this dividend. The record date for the dividend is 11 June 2026 with payment to be made on 18 June 2026.

Goodman Property Services (NZ) Limited (GPS) advises no dividend will be paid for the FY26 fourth quarter.
