Resignation of Chief Financial Officer

Auckland, NZ – [21 May 2026] – Scott Technology Limited (NZX:SCT) advises that Mark O’Malley, Chief Financial Officer, has decided to resign from the Company after deciding to take up another opportunity and will finish with Scott on Friday, 3 July 2026.

Since joining Scott in July 2023, Mark has made a significant contribution across the Group, including supporting the Company’s financial performance, commercial governance and strategic priorities.

Scott Technology CEO, Mike Christman, thanked Mark for his contribution to the business and support through the transition period.

“Mark has played an important role across the Group during his time with Scott, and we thank him for his contribution and wish him well for the future,” said Mr Christman.

The process to appoint a successor will commence shortly.
