Napier Port (NZX.NPH) today announced that serving Independent Director, John Harvey, has advised the Board that he will not be seeking re-election for a further term at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in December 2026.

Chair Blair O’Keeffe said “John joined the Napier Port Board in February 2019 and has brought extensive financial, governance and listed company experience to the company during a significant period of growth, including Napier Port’s IPO and transition to being a publicly listed company.

“We will have the opportunity to thank John at the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in December for his contribution to Napier Port and our region.”
