ARG announces fourth quarter dividend

Argosy Property Limited (‘Argosy’ or ‘the Company’) has announced a fourth quarter (for the period to 31 March 2026) cash dividend for the 2026 financial year of 1.6625 cents per share.

As Argosy is a PIE, the dividend can be treated as excluded income for New Zealand income tax purposes. Imputation credits of 0.274727 cents per share will be attached to the dividend representing income tax paid by the Company. Overseas investors will receive an additional supplementary dividend of 0.124666 cents per share to offset non-resident withholding tax.

The record date for the dividend is 10 June 2026 and the payment date is 24 June 2026.

The Company has suspended its Dividend Reinvestment Plan (‘DRP’) as no additional equity capital is required at this time. The DRP will not apply in respect of this dividend.
