2026 Annual Shareholders' Meeting & Director Nominations

Mainfreight will hold this year's Annual Shareholders’ Meeting on Thursday 30 July 2026. The venue and other details relating to the meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting.
For the purposes of NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the period for the nomination of directors will close on Saturday 30 May 2026. All nominations must be received by 5:00 p.m. (New Zealand time) on the closing date.
Nominations may only be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the Annual Shareholders' Meeting.
