NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that FCT ordinary shares have been placed in a trading halt. The trading halt was placed at pre-market open today, Monday 11 May.

NZXO advises that, as a result of an NZX operational issue encountered during the transition process, the planned ticker code change for F&C Investment Trust PLC from FCTZ to FCT did not occur as scheduled at close of business on Friday, 8 May. As a result, the security remains displayed in NZX’s trading system under the previous temporary ticker code FCTZ.

Trading in FCT will resume on Tuesday, 12 May.
