Subject: Locate Technologies Limited (“LOC”) – Trading Halt of Securities

Message:

NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion to apply a trading halt to Locate Technologies Limited (“LOC”). The trading halt was applied following a market announcement, titled “Locate2u signs 3 year agreement with FedEx Australia”, released at 1.55pm today.

The trading halt has been applied while NZ RegCo discusses with LOC the FedEx Australia announcement.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

1. a further announcement from LOC in relation to the FedEx Australia announcement; and

2. market open on Friday, 8 May 2026.
