CDL Investments New Zealand Limited (CDI) will hold its Annual Shareholder Meeting at 10:00am on Tuesday, 26 May 2026.

The meeting will be held at M Social Auckland, 196/200 Quay Street, Auckland, and virtually via the online platform provided by CDI’s share registrar, Computershare Investor Services Limited.
