Annual Meetings and Director Nominations Closing Date

Stride Property Limited (SPL) and Stride Investment Management Limited (SIML) (together, Stride Property Group) advise that each of their Annual Shareholder Meetings will be held on Wednesday 8 July 2026. Further details of the meetings will be included within the Notice of Meetings which will be sent to shareholders in due course.

In accordance with NZX Listing Rule 2.3.2, the closing date for nomination for appointment as a director of SIML has been set at 5.00pm on 15 May 2026.

Nominations must be made by a Stride Property Group security holder entitled to attend and vote at the meetings and be accompanied by the consent in writing of the person nominated.

Under the terms of their respective constitutions, each of SIML and SPL have Boards of Directors comprising the same directors. Accordingly, any person appointed as a director of SIML will also be appointed as a director of SPL.
