Marlin Global appoints Simon Flood as director; Fiona Oliver to become Chair

The Board of Marlin Global Limited is pleased to announce the appointment of Simon Flood as an independent director, effective 1 June 2026.

Simon is an experienced director with extensive expertise in investment management and corporate governance. He has held senior leadership roles across London, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand.

As previously advised, Chair Andy Coupe will retire from the Board on 30 June 2026. Fiona Oliver, an independent director since June 2022, will assume the role of Chair from that date.

Simon’s appointment has been made in accordance with the Company’s Constitution and the NZX Listing Rules. He will hold office until the next annual meeting in November 2026, at which time he will stand for election by shareholders.

Simon will also join the boards of Kingfish Limited and Barramundi Limited.

The Board has determined that Simon is an independent director for the purposes of the NZX Listing Rules.
