The Company announces that it agreed on 22 April 2026 to allot 510,000 ordinary shares at a price of 263.5p per share, each fully paid under its block listing facility.

These shares will be issued for cash on 24 April 2026, bringing the issued share capital and total voting rights at that date to 206,409,679.
