Please find attached a Capital Change Notice.

A total of 424,098 fully paid up ordinary shares were issued.

These consisted of:

- 318,329 shares issued to employees as part of the Quarterly Employee Share Scheme, being the award for performance in F26 Q4, issued at the average market price of $0.2600;

- 43,269 shares were issued in lieu of Directors Fees for one director for the quarter to 31 Mar 2025, issued at the average market price of $0.2600; and

- 62,500 shares issued to the Executive Director of the Australian subsidiary on vesting of Restricted Share Units for 3 months of service, issued at $0.2576.
