STRIKE PRICE FOR FULL-YEAR DIVIDEND

EBOS Group Limited advises that the strike price for the shares to be issued under the dividend reinvestment plan (DRP) operating in respect of the dividend payable on 27 March 2026 has been set at NZ$22.09 per share.

This strike price will apply in calculating the number of shares to be issued to participants who have elected to receive additional shares rather than cash.

The strike price has been determined in accordance with the terms of the DRP and is calculated inclusive of a 2.0% discount to the volume weighted average sale price on all price-setting trades on NZX for the five trading day period from 9 March 2026 to 13 March 2026.
