Heartland 2026 interim dividend: Updated ASX Appendix 3A.1

Please find attached the updated ASX Appendix 3A.1 in relation to the Heartland Group Holdings Limited (Heartland) (NZX/ASX: HGH) 2026 interim dividend.

It has been updated to include the strike price for the Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP), being NZD1.25186934 per share, and the foreign exchange (FX) rate to be used for payment of the cash dividend in Australian dollars (where applicable), being 0.84145.
