Message:

NZ RegCo refers to the announcement released on Wednesday, 11 March 2026 regarding NZ RegCo exercising its discretion to apply a trading halt to Taiko Critical Minerals Limited (“TCM”). The trading halt on TCM ordinary shares was placed pre-market open on Wednesday, 11 March 2026.

NZ RegCo, at the request of TCM, has approved an application for a further trading halt over TCM ordinary shares.

TCM’s trading halt application will be released to market shortly.
