Dividend reinvestment plan strike price

Meridian Energy Limited advises that the price at which shares will be issued for the 2026 Interim Ordinary Dividend under the Company’s Dividend Reinvestment Plan (DRP) is NZ$5.4186 per share.

The issue price has been determined, in accordance with the DRP, as the volume weighted average sale price for a share, calculated on all sales of shares which took place through the NZX Main Board over a period of five business days starting on 5 March 2026, less a 2% discount.

Shareholders who have elected to participate in the DRP, will receive shares, instead of cash, in respect of the 2026 Interim Ordinary Dividend on 24 March 2026.
