ANZ NZ Acting General Counsel & Company Secretary

On 22 December 2025, ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced that Mrs Kirstin Francois had been appointed as Acting General Counsel & Company Secretary effective from 20 December 2025 until 19 March 2026, while the search for a permanent General Counsel & Company Secretary was completed.

ANZ NZ wish to advise that Mrs Francois’ appointment as Acting General Counsel & Company Secretary has been extended beyond 19 March 2026 and until such time as a permanent replacement is appointed and commences in the role.

A non-objection from the Reserve Bank of New Zealand to Mrs Francois’ appointment has been received.
