2026 ANNUAL MEETING DATE / DIRECTOR NOMINATIONS

Millennium & Copthorne Hotels New Zealand Limited advises that:

The Company's 2026 Annual Meeting of Shareholders is to be held on Tuesday 26 May 2026 at M Social Auckland. The time of the meeting will be confirmed in the Notice of Meeting.

The period for director nominations is open from today with the closing date for nominations being 17 April 2026. Nominations must be sent to the registered office of the company, and must be made by a shareholder entitled to attend and vote at the meeting, and must be accompanied by the nominated person's consent in writing to act as a director, if elected.
