Vital's FY26 second quarter distribution

Vital's Unit Holders will receive a second quarter distribution of 2.4375 cents per unit (cpu) with no imputation credits attached. The record date is 26 February 2026 and payment will be made on 12 March 2026. Vital's Distribution Reinvestment Plan (DRP) will remain available to investors with a 2.0% issuance discount for this distribution. A Distribution Notice for the distribution is attached to this release.
