NZK – Wellboat Lease Agreement Entered Into

The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) is pleased to advise that it has today entered into the lease of a wellboat, subject to shareholder approval at the Annual Shareholder Meeting on the 18 February 2026. There have been no material changes to the key terms of the Wellboat Transaction that were detailed in the Notice of Meeting released to the market on the 19 January 2026.
