Projects Satisfy Proposed Nebari Loan Facility Technical DD

Manuka Resources Limited executed a loan facility term sheet with Nebari Natural Resources Credit Fund II LP (“Nebari”) for US$22.5 million on 1 December 2025.

Nebari provided initial credit-approved terms for the Facility with final approval contingent on completion of technical, commercial and legal due-diligence (“DD”) to their satisfaction.

The DD has now been completed.
