FBI200 March 2026 Capital Notes

Fletcher Building Industries today advised that noteholders holding the March 2026 Capital Notes (FBI200) will be sent a redemption notice for their maturing Capital Notes.

In accordance with the Capital Notes Trust Deed, last amended on 27 January 2025, FBI may elect to redeem the FBI200 Capital Notes on 16 March 2026 (being the first business day after the Election Date of 15 March 2026).

For each FBI200 Capital Note redeemed on 16 March 2026, FBI (or its nominee) will pay to the relevant FBI200 noteholder an amount equal to the principal amount of the FBI200 Capital Note (NZ$1.00) plus the final interest payment.

FBI advises all noteholders that it is important that the contact and bank details held for them are current and correct in order to receive the redemption payment. Noteholders should contact Computershare Investor Services Limited on 0800 650 034 or +64 9 488 8777 or email enquiry@computershare.co.nz to update their details or if they otherwise require assistance.
