NZK – Resignation of Director

The Board of New Zealand King Salmon Investments Limited (NZX and ASX: NZK) advises that Carol Chen will resign from her role as a director effective 5pm Friday 16th January 2026. The Board thanks Carol Chen for her contribution to the company over the last four years.

The Board will consider Carol Chen’s replacement in due course.
