Information provided on the Company’s website and specifically in its corporate presentation concerning the Company’s Chatham Rise Project does not include an economic analysis supported by a compliant Technical Report under National Instrument 43-101. Investors should not rely on the economic analysis information in the Company’s corporate presentation and website until a new technical report is filed on SEDAR+.
