Seeka Limited (NZX:SEK) wishes to advise the following:

- the Annual Meeting of Shareholders of the Company will be held on Wednesday, 15 April 2026.

- the period for Director nominations will open on Monday, 19 January 2026 and close at 4.00pm (NZT) on Friday, 20 February 2026.

At the Annual Meeting of Shareholders C Tarrant and H Cartwright will retire as Directors and, being eligible, have advised that they will be available for re-election.

The venue, time and other details relating to the Annual Meeting will be advised in the Notice of Meeting to be sent to all shareholders prior to the meeting.
