Enprise appoints Gina Tuzcet as a Non-Executive Director

AUCKLAND, 22 December 2025 - Enprise Group (NZX: ENS) has appointed Gina Tuzcet to its board as a Non-Executive Director.

The Board of Directors of Enprise Group Ltd (ENS) would like to welcome Gina Tuzcet as a Non-Executive Director.

Gina has 15+ years of senior management experience in the sectors spanning telecommunications services, manufacturing, health, retail, advertising, and marketing.

Currently working as Investment Manager for Nightingale Partners (a private equity firm based in Sydney, Australia) and also serving as a Non-Executive Director for Fabulate, and the acting CFO for Zhik and Predico.

Gina adds significant financial and business skills to the board with her broad business background, along with CPA and MBA qualifications.

The Directors would like to warmly welcome Gina to the board commencing Friday 2nd January 2026.
