ANZ NZ leadership team changes

ANZ Bank New Zealand Limited (ANZ NZ) announced today that Mr David Bricklebank, General Counsel & Company Secretary has resigned effective 18 March 2026.

ANZ NZ will appoint an acting General Counsel & Company Secretary while a search is completed for a permanent replacement.
