Quayside announces new Director

The Board of Quayside Holdings Limited and subsidiary boards wish to announce that Anna Grayling has been appointed through the Bay of Plenty Regional Council appointments process, as a Director to the Board of Quayside Holdings Limited and to the boards of its subsidiaries, Quayside Properties Limited and Quayside Securities Limited, effective from 16 December 2025.

The Board of Quayside Holdings warmly welcomes Anna, acknowledging her legal background and business acumen as invaluable skills to complement the work Quayside undertakes as an intergenerational investor for the Bay of Plenty community.
