Annual Meeting 2025 Results

At Sanford Limited’s 2025 Annual Shareholders’ Meeting, held today in Auckland and virtually, shareholders were asked to vote on two resolutions, which were supported by the Board.

As required by NZX Listing Rule 6.1, all voting was conducted by a poll.

The resolutions passed by shareholders were:

• That David Mair be re-elected as a director of the company.

• That the directors be authorised to fix the fees and expenses of the auditor for the ensuing year.
