Meridian Completes FY26 Equity Plans Buyback

Meridian Energy Limited (Meridian) announced on 1 December 2025 that it would undertake an on-market share buyback in connection with FY26 equity plans. Meridian has now completed that share buyback. Meridian acquired 500,000 ordinary shares on the NZX Main Board at an average price of NZ$5.6073 per share.
