CREDIT RATING AFFIRMED FOR CCHL

On December 5, 2025, S&P Global Ratings (S&P) affirmed the AA- (stable outlook) credit rating on Christchurch City Holdings Ltd (CCHL) (NZX: CCH). At the same time, affirming CCHL's A-1+ short-term rating.

CCHL’s credit rating and outlook reflects that of CCHL’s 100% owner, Christchurch City Council.
