CHATHAM ROCK GRANTS STOCK OPTIONS

WELLINGTON New Zealand - Chatham Rock Phosphate Limited (TSXV: “NZP”, NZX: “CRP” and “3GRE” (Frankfurt) or the “Company”) announces the grant of stock options under its Stock Option Plan to the directors of the Company to purchase an aggregate of 8,750,000 common shares of the Company at an exercise price of CAD$0.054 per share for a ten-year term from the date of grant.
