Closing date of rights offer extended

Rua Bioscience announces an extension to the timetable for its current pro rata rights offer. The closing date has been extended from Friday, November 28, to the close of business on Friday, December 12, 2025.

The closing date has been extended to ensure all eligible shareholders have an opportunity to participate in the rights offer. The revised timetable, including the extension to the rights trading period as a consequence of the extension is provided below:
