Further to the announcement from NZX Operations (“NZXO”) released at 9.40am today, 22 October 2025, NZXO advises that the Promisia Healthcare Limited warrants (“PHLWA”) have now traded which automatically sets a new reference price for the instrument and therefore the reference price will not be adjusted at end of day.

We confirm there will be no purge of the buy orders from the orderbook overnight.
