APPOINTMENT OF CHIEF FINANCIAL & INVESTMENT OFFICER

Metlifecare Limited (NZX: MET) is pleased to announce the appointment of Jonathan Wilde in an expanded role as Chief Financial & Investment Officer with effect from 8 October 2025.

Jonathan has a deep knowledge of the business, exceptional financial leadership and strategic insight. He will be responsible for Metlifecare’s financial operations as well as lead its investment strategy, with a focus on driving sustainable growth and capitalising on new opportunities.
