At the Annual Shareholder Meeting for Investore Property Limited held at 11:00am today all resolutions were decided by a poll. The following resolutions were passed by shareholders:

• that the Directors be authorised to fix the remuneration of PwC as auditor for the ensuing year;

• the re-election of Director Mike Allen; and

• Directors’ remuneration.
