ANNUAL RESULTS ANNOUNCEMENT - YEAR ENDING 30 JUNE 2025

PGG Wrightson Limited1 (PGW) advises that its annual results for the year ending 30 June 2025, will be released to the NZX at approximately 8:30am on Tuesday, 12 August 2025. This will be followed by an audio conference at 10:00am.
