Subject: Manawa Energy Limited (“MNW”) Bonds – Early Call and Delisting

Message:

NZX Operations (“NZXO”) advises that, further to the announcement released by Manawa Energy Limited (“MNW”) on Monday, 14 July 2025, MNW will exercise its right to fully redeem all its quoted bonds which are quoted on the NZX Debt Market under ticker code (“MNW170”),(“MNW180”) and (“MNW190”). The final day of trading in the MNW170, MNW 180 and MNW190 bonds will be Wednesday, 23 July 2025 with the bonds having been suspended at close of business.

MNW will redeem all MNW170, MNW 180 and MNW190 bonds on Tuesday, 5 August 2025, with delisting also occurring at that time
