Message:

NZ RegCo refers to the announcement released on Friday, 28 November 2025 regarding NZ RegCo approving a trading halt application from New Talisman Gold Mines Limited (“NTL”). Trading in NTL ordinary shares was placed into halt at 1.52pm on Friday, 28 November 2025.

NTL has requested a further trading halt to NTL ordinary shares, and NZ RegCo has approved a trading halt application from NTL.
