Chief People Officer Resignation

Pursuant to NZX Listing Rule 3.20.1, Briscoe Group advises the resignation of Aston Moss, the Group’s Chief People Officer effective 5 December 2025.

Group Managing Director, Rod Duke said, “During his ten years with the Group Aston has contributed significantly to the company’s development.

“Aston is intending to pursue further postgraduate studies alongside spending time with his family. We wish him well for his next chapter.”
