Westpac NZ announces changes to Board of Directors

Westpac NZ has announced the appointment of Nathan Goonan as a non-executive director, effective 24 November 2025.

Mr Goonan is the Chief Financial Officer of Westpac Banking Corporation and has more than 20 years’ experience across all areas of banking.

Westpac NZ Board Chair Pip Greenwood says the Board welcomes the breadth of experience and financial expertise Mr Goonan will bring.

Ms Greenwood also thanked Christine Parker, who retires from the Board effective 4 November 2025, for her valued contribution to the Board over the past four years.
