Subject: TruScreen Group Limited (“TRU”) – Trading Halt of Securities

Message:

NZ RegCo has exercised its discretion under NZX Listing Rule 9.9.3, and applied a trading halt to ordinary shares of TruScreen Group Limited (“TRU”). Trading in TRU ordinary shares was halted at 10:01am today, Wednesday, 2 July 2025.

NZ RegCo has applied a trading halt while it engages with TRU on the capital raise that was first announced on 29 May 2025.

The trading halt will remain in place until the earlier of:

1. an announcement from TRU in relation to its capital raise; and

2. market open on Friday, 4 July 2025.
